Whether a gift or a purchase,
if you are not happy with your Mudo product, you can exchange an unused and undamaged item within 30 days of purchase at any Mudo store.

* You can exchange the item for any other item with the same price.

* You can exchange the item for an item costing more, paying the difference.

* Remember to bring your original or gift receipt.

* Mudo Outlet merchandise can only be exchanged at a Mudo Outlet store.

If the merchandise is defective:

Manufactured at the highest quality standards, Mudo products go through a strict quality control process. However, if your Mudo item is defective, you may return it to Mudo store with your receipt.

If it is determined that the defect has been caused by faulty manufacturing, then

* we can repair the merchandise free of charge, or

* make an exchange, or

* issue a merchandise credit based on the price on the receipt.

-Can I reserve an item and pay later?
Yes, any item can be reserved for up to three days at no extra cost.
-Where can I exchange my Mudo purchases?
Purchases made from Mudo Outlet can only be exchanged at Mudo Outlets which include, Mudo Garage, Olivium, Bahariye, Egyptian Bazaar, Mecidiyeköy, Colony, Antalya Deepo and Ankara Optimum Outlets.
Consignment goods can only be exchanged at the Outlet Store where purchase is made.
You can exchange Mudo City merchandise at any Mudo store except for the Outlet stores.
- What is the deadline for picking up repaired products?
We will let you know that the repair has been completed. You then have 45 days to collect the repaired item.
- When will I get an answer from you about the products I have had a problem with?
We will get back to you within 15 days from the date you leave the product at one of our stores to be examined.
- Who examines the product I had problems with?
That product in question goes through a careful and unbiased examination by the production and brand supervisors at our headquarters. We will make the exchange as soon as a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

How to take care of your shoes?

* Try on both shoes before you buy.

* Do not buy shoes that are too tight.

* Give shoes a days rest between consecutive wearing. Leather shoes should have one full day to dry out from natural foot perspiration. To prolong the life of your shoes, it is advisable to alternate wear between two pairs of shoes.

* Dry your wet shoes away from direct heat and sunlight to prevent the leather from drying out and cracking. Leather should always dry naturally.

* Use a damp cloth to clean the dirt from your shoe. Use a suede brush and suede rubber to clean your suede shoes. Use a nubuck brush and nubuck rubber to clean your nubuck shoes.

* Polish your leather shoes with a natural polish or a polish of the same color.

* Leather shoes without linings can be very comfortable and healthy. But remember that they may dye your feet or socks. Try to wear socks of the same color as your shoes.

* Air out your shoes before storing them. Store your shoes in shoe trees to help protect their shape.

* Leather shoes with hand sewn uppers may let water in wet weather conditions.

* Do not soak or immerse your leather shoes in water, or wash them in laundry machines.

* Shoes with leather soles are not suitable to wear in wet weather conditions.

* Creases may appear on your leather shoe by time. We recommend you apply a protective-softening product to prevent the leather from cracking and creasing.

* Because of its porous nature, your leather shoe will let water in after prolonged exposure. You can use a waterproofing spray to provide limited protection.
